Customer Success Executive


Job Description: 

We are currently recruiting for a customer success executive to join our team, and the ideal person would be a motivated and a customer centric problem solver, that’s interested in technology and looking to develop their career.

A flexible, proactive and pragmatic approach is essential as we scale the business and build out our Customer Success Team. Beyond onboarding, the ideal candidate will be technically curious, have a concierge mentality, passionate about driving product feedback and elevating the customer experience

Day to Day:

Your primary focus will be providing an excellent experience as a direct support to our customers, but you will also act as a technical support to our sales, operations and development teams.


This role is pivotal in assisting the team with providing best in class technical support. We need you to take ownership of the support function, wowing our customers, so you gain their trust and become their first point of contact.

The role requires the candidate to manage new business onboarding ensuring, scheduling meetings / demos / conference calls, screen share demos, train customers, and provide excellent customer technical support via email / phone and take ownership of all assigned works.

Ideal Requirements:

  • 3rd level Qualification in business administration or management or similar.
  • 2 years recent experience in a customer success position, supporting a software product.
  • Experience in an SME / start-up environment strongly preferred.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel , Word, PowerPoint or similar.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A critical thinking mindset – we need someone who can think on their feet and come up. with solutions, not continuously ask their team for the answer.
  • Great attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
  • A confident demeanour to respond to customers and manage their expectations.
  • Driven to adapt and respond in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of projects, and willingness to jump in and help your team as needed.

Business Development Manager (Closed)

Job Description:  

In the role of Environmental Business Development Manager, you will build key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. You will partner with Operations leadership and staff to develop and oversee market, client and pursuit plans that achieve sustained, long-term net revenue growth.

Key job responsibilities include:

· Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business;

· Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities;

· Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network; · Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization;

· Research and build relationships with new clients;

· Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s stakeholders;

· Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators;



You are a professional expert in your field with a track record of winning business pursuits in your area of expertise.

You are inspirational, with an extensive network both within the organization as well as externally.

You have an entrepreneurial personality, thrive on ambiguity and have exceptional interpersonal skills.

Further requirements for this position (not essential):

· Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental related studies;

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development (in environmental services is a plus);

· Prior consulting experience strongly preferred, but non-consultant candidates with relevant experience will be considered;
